
Location: London (remote support possible)
Individual or team commitment: Both – we will bring together a team of organisers so this might suit a company team, but individuals are welcome to join as well.
Time Commitment: ~4-6 hours/month through September-November
Purpose of the role
Lead and coordinate our milestone 10th anniversary celebration this November – an opportunity to honour past achievements, mobilise supporters, and amplify our impact.
Key tasks
Research, shortlist, and secure a suitable venue and catering
Develop and track the event budget
Curate a compelling events timeline (guest speakers, presentations, logistics)
Work closely with PFP team on branding and invitations
Liaise with vendors, manage bookings, and oversee event-day logistics
Skills & experience
Essential: Event planning, budgeting, and organisational skills
Desirable: Experience in non-profit events, stakeholder coordination
Support & supervision
You’ll collaborate with PFP’s CEO and Fundraising & Comms Officer, with regular check-ins to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

All volunteers must abide by PFP’s Safeguarding and Data Protection policies and Volunteer Code of Conduct.
